The Napa Valley Opera House (NVOH) stands out as the Valley’s premier performing arts venue and one of Napa’s most important cultural icons since 1880. In 2013 we will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the renovation and reopening of the Napa Valley Opera House. By becoming a corporate partner of our 10th anniversary year, your business will become a valued patron of the arts and be aligned with a wide range of audiences and Opera House supporters.
NVOH produces approximately 200 shows per year with estimated costs of $10,000 per show. As a non-profit organization, we do not receive any public funding and despite the success of our shows, ticket sales only raise approximately 53% of our annual budget. This means that each year we rely on the contributions of our members, donors and the business community to raise 32% of our annual operating budget.

We reach your target demographics. We draw more than 30,000 patrons to downtown Napa each year, with one third of our patrons coming from the Greater Bay Area/Sacramento metropolis. We generate an estimated $1.4 million of additional spending in Napa by our patrons, mostly at restaurants for a total impact of over $2.4 million.
We can tailor your message and reach. Our programming is unique in the depth and variety of performances offered spanning virtually every genre of music as well as film, dance, theatre and comedy. As part of our 10th Anniversary Year, we will also host a variety of benefit concerts that will provide sponsors with additional exposure. Sponsorships are also available for our classical music series and Opera Program launching in 2013. We will work closely with you to customize a sponsorship package that meets your company’s unique marketing needs and objectives.
